Dr. Pierre curates safe spaces where both learning and liberation can take place. Holding over 15 years of experience coaching developing adults and professionals, Dr. Pierre is an Educator, Coach and Advocate. His career spans from higher education as a scholar-practitioner to an executive in the nonprofit sector.

Identity Development Coaching
Many theoretical frameworks exist to support identity development. However, little time is devoted to helping people explore the depths of the identities they hold. Perhaps, you a hold marginalized identity (Queer, trans, non-white or female/femme) or you have questions surrounding a counter-cultural identity (consensual non-monogamy or child-free homes), honest exploration can lead to authentic living.
Clergy Coaching
As a son of ministers, who grew up in church and eventually served as an administrator at one, Dr. Pierre has experience supporting clergy seeing their vision come to fruition. Some leaders have strong spiritual foundations, but lack strategies to achieve their vision. Additionally, clergy often support members of their staff / congregation and may need a coach to objectively offer a safe ear.

With nearly 20 years of experience serving on and developing Boards, Dr. Pierre has an intimate understanding of the dynamics of this responsibility.
